Driven by a deep-seated belief in sustainability and community living, we've dedicated ourselves to crafting a safe, off-grid haven amidst the hemlock and cedar forests of the North Shuswap. Alongside the Seymour River, our 65-acre property, located a mere 5 km from the tranquil shores of Shuswap Lake, serves as the canvas upon which we paint our shared dreams.

At North Eden, we embrace the power of unity, understanding that together, we can achieve much more than any of us on our own. Our commitment to fostering a close-knit neighborhood stems from the desire to know our neighbors, and to raise our children in a safe and supportive environment.

We believe in the transformative potential of collaborative efforts, where the economy thrives through collective endeavors.

Our community comprises two distinct areas: residential, private space and public space for all to enjoy. Anchored by a series of annual events, North Eden flows with vibrant and co creative energy. Here, individuals have the freedom to engage as deeply or as privately as they desire, guided by the principles of Sociocracy and Tribal Commerce.
